The Executive is elected from submissions in writing presented and voted upon by members attending the Annual General Meeting. The Executive consists of Chairperson, Company secretary, and Treasurer all three, on election, becoming members of the Board of Directors. Their term of Office is Three Years. The Executive is bound to meet at least ten times in the year.

There is also elected a Vice Chairperson and up to six Executive Committee Members. Their term of office is one year. An associate member can be nominated to represent Associate members and can serve on sub committees but they do not have voting rights.
